We are programmed to associate each food with a specific taste, for instance, red for chilies with spiciness and green of limes with sourness. However, red-colored food such as strawberries can be sweet and tart and green salad leaves do not taste sour.
This piece of work aims to make the audiences question their taste-color predisposition (using questionnaires) and use their imagination to assign a different color to each specific food based on their feeling.
