Arma cookbook is a heartfelt endeavor, a fusion of my grandmother's cherished recipes, interwoven with the tapestry of her family history, complemented by evocative photographs and poignant interviews that capture her life, all curated and photographed by her granddaughter – that's me.
In Thai-Chinese culture, "Arma" means "grandma," and it's a term we all hold dear. Our grandmothers' timeless question always lingers in our hearts: "Have you eaten anything yet?" And, of course, their culinary creations are simply unparalleled.
